Electrophoresis equipment process introduction

1. Pay attention to the hanging of the workpiece:

(1) Whether the contact point between the workpiece and the hanger is conductive;

(2) The rusty workpiece should be returned for rust removal;

(3) Workpieces with heavy oil pollution should be degreased off-line first;

Remarks: Off-line treatment is required for workpieces with a lot of grease or severe corrosion. The procedure is as follows:

Degreasing + 2 washings + pickling + 2 washings + neutralization

2. Hot water washing:

For the immersion type, this process is generally omitted. For continuous type, generally use 50-70 ℃ hot water spray, the main purpose is to reduce the viscosity of the grease and activate the grease.

3. Degreasing:

The grease on the workpiece must be removed, otherwise it will affect the phosphating and coating quality. For iron and steel parts, alkaline degreasing agent with surfactant is generally used for degreasing, which is characterized by good degreasing effect, high efficiency and low price.

In the continuous coating production, degreasing is generally set as two processes of pre-removal and main removal, and its function is to more effectively remove the grease on the workpiece.
